With more than 28 years of experience in customer service and sales, Dana brings strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail to the team. Her previous career in the beauty industry allowed her to travel extensively and develop a refined eye for design, branding, and presentation—skills that elevate the firm’s marketing initiatives and event experiences. She takes great pride in organizing educational seminars and client events that foster connection, appreciation, and ongoing communication.
